A fast way to lose waterweight, is to:
1. Exercise. Sweat a lot. Your goal in these exercises is to sweat, not to build muscle, so this involves a lot of cardio. Sprinting for short bursts, and walking is the most effective way to get the heart pumping, and to have your sweat glands release more of your body’s fluid. Optionally, try using a sauna, to help out with this process.
2. Water Pills. Short-term solution, can be used as a diuretic to increase the frequency of urination so that you can start draining out fluids in your body.
3. Drinking water. One might say it’s counter-intuitive, but it’s used to help remove that excess sodium in your body, and dehydration forces your body to perform water retention in the first place, so if you have a lot of water, your body won’t feel the need to retain it so desperately.
4. Don’t eat carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are easily digested and while tempting, need to be put at bay. To lose any weight in two days, is already challenging enough without carbohydrates in the way. Sugars are extremely fast in digestion. I do not suggest immediately changing to a whole keto diet though, because if your body’s normalized to having carbohydrates, it can be shocking to your body to lose carbohydrates as a nutrition source all of a sudden. Reduce the amount of caloric intake from carbohydrates, and replace it with protein, to go for a low-carbohydrate, high-protein diet for the days remaining.
