Begin your day with 1 glass of warm water & 2 tbsp honey.
Then have 2 dried figs & 10 almonds.
After 15 mins have your regular tea or coffee or green tea.
Before leaving for college or work , have a heavy breakfast.
It can be anything like
3 roti & sabzi (sabzi should consist more of pulses, leafy vegetables & you can even add paneer & soyachunks ) or
1 plate poha or
3 idlis or dosas or
2 glasses of oatmeal.
Your lunch should also be heavy.
You can have 2 rotis & sabzi or dal/sambar rice with sabzi (note: reduce your rice intake, have less quantity of rice and more of sabzi)
For evening snack, replace your junk food with a bowl of nuts(almonds,walnuts, pistachios, cashews, etc)
Daily carry a small box of nuts especially almonds. Whenever you get hunger pangs, instead of having junk foods you can have almonds because they immediately vanish your hunger. And almonds have lots of other benefits like good for skin, hair, heart, memory, etc.
After 7 pm avoid heavy meals. Your dinner should be light like fruit salads/vegetable salads/curd/milk, etc.
And have dinner 2 hours before you sleep. And if you feel hungry after dinner then have a glass of milk.
Please keep yourself hydrated. Drink enough water before and after meals and whenever you feel thirsty.
Please indulge in some sports daily for 15 minutes like badminton or skipping rope or any sport of your interest which needs too much efforts and makes you breathless. Walk for 15 minutes daily.
Means out of your busy schedule you need to take out minimum 1hr for walking and sports.
Make it a point to walk for minimum 5 minutes after every meal. Take stairs instead of lifts or escalators. Don't use vehicles for small distances. You can walk.
Have 3 cups of green tea in a day. :)
